Star Citizen Babylon 6 Project News 02.12.2017: Review 2017
The current and soon to be past year was very controversial for our project.
We had some success, but also some failures.
In this news, we would like to give you an insight into our project in which we bring you an important event in mind.
We hope you like this review.

Problems and Disasters in 2017
We could start enumerating how many organizations we've lost this year, but that would be old hat. Already last year we used this topic to arouse interest in our project. This year, instead, we'd like to talk about how it came about that we (and now the news that some critics are pleased) lost a quarter of our organizations.
It all started when we included a new organization in our project. An organization whose name we do not want to name here. It's not about fouling the reputation of a specific organization, so we just call it ORG.
ORG's ambassador was quite confident of himself and his members and had a massive problem with his alumni organization.
For unexplained reasons, he accused some of the ambassadors within the council of being members of this organization.
These allegations fizzled, leaving only a negative aftertaste.
Time passed and we got more new organizations until we could unite 20 members within the project, more than ever before.
In addition, some ambassadors of the council began to mutually support each other. So also the ambassador of the ORG and an ambassador from an organization which has its seat on the west coast of the USA.
Around the middle of the year, an organization specializing in espionage and role-playing began to disseminate information from the ORG ambassador.
Including an audio recording that was made without his knowledge. Details are minor, the fact was that this ambassador / leader was also negative about other members of the project and their ambassadors.
This caused displeasure among some ambassadors, who saw their neutrality threatened by charges of espionage.
Independent of this, some members left the project.
Delaney's Trading and Logistic LLC. Dissolves in favor of a larger community.
Unitybeing left after a dispute over CIG's sales policy.
During this time of unrest, one of the Auxilium's senior members felt compelled by the never-ending reports (which suggest he could somehow be related to or even spy on another organization) that his ambassador was involved in the project pass. In his own direction, he demanded an exclusion of ORG.
However, the architecture of our project did not allow such a violation and so his efforts were fruitless. Consequently, he decided to separate his community from the Babylon 6 project. On the one hand to make a statement and on the other to protect his organization from further allegations.
Other member organizations took this decision as an opportunity to call for a final solution to the ORG problem. After several sometimes heated debates, ORG left the project on its own initiative.
Finally, we left the organization Star Citizen Türk, regardless of this incident.
Last but not least the good things
Last year, we were able to work out some nice concepts that will give our supporters a lot of pleasure as soon as the project starts.
Thus, we have clarified details of the political system, overcome crises and emerged stronger.
There are currently 21 organizations as members in the project and 17 organizations as allies, as well as several who at least now do not want to decide.
We were also able to clarify our ideas for the Black Board and ultimately even produce a small story. An English translation of this is currently in progress.
The biggest thing for us, however, is that the current development of the game supports our assumptions and no information threatens our project. On the contrary, thanks to the wealth of new information on the mechanics of the Pioneer and outposts, we are more optimistic than ever.
Last but not least, due to the many positive feedback that our project has received over the past year. Even for the rather unpleasant outsiders, a few organizations have reported in the German and English speaking countries.
As far as our latest news for this year, we thank you all and wish you happy holidays.
